Shipping & Returns
Upon receipt of the order, you will receive an order confirmation and then a sales associate will reach out via a 2nd email with a shipping window quote. We do have limited inventory and if the piece is in stock we can ship immediately, but if we do not have inventory, each piece is individually made to order and requires a 4-6 week shipping window. Custom pieces require a 6-8 week shipping window once artwork has been approved. Please inquire if there is a greater urgency to the timing of the delivery. We wish to accommodate customer’s delivery requests if it’s in our ability.
You can choose to cancel your order within 24 hours of receipt of shipping window notice. If we do not receive a notice of cancellation within 24 hours, we will go forward with production and the return policy will apply.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING OPTIONS
Domestic orders are shipped FedEx insured ground at $20 flat. Prior to shipment, a sales associate will email to ask if a different shipping option is preferred and a quote will be obtained.
All shipments are subject to payment in full by customer.
We will send you an email with a tracking # once your order has shipped.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OPTIONS
International orders are shipped FedEx insured air at $75 flat rate.
All shipments and duties (if applicable) are subject to payment in full by customer.
We can provide alternative payment instructions and provide international shipping quotes. We are not responsible for any duties or taxes incurred by the county that we are shipping to.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. However, we are happy to exchange an item if there is something wrong with the order or if the product has a defect. Exchanges can only be done within 7 days after delivery, please contact us within 7 days. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange if we believe the items purchased are intentionally damaged or have been misused. All SPECIAL ORDER/PERSONALIZED (this includes ALL rings, anything in custom size options) items are final sale and will not be refunded once an order has been placed. All lead times are indicated in the product descriptions - as long as an item is delivered within this given lead time, we will not refund payment/cancel an order.

We are not responsible for return shipping charges and the original shipping charges are non refundable. Please note that if you've ordered multiple items, we send them together as one shipment, unless otherwise discussed via email.
